一、核心参数选型标准
1. 正向压降 VF
肖特基正向压降仅 0.15~0.45V,相比普通硅二极管低 0.2~0.4V,导通损耗更小,适配低压大电流、高效率电源。VF 随工作电流上升而增大,随温度上升小幅降低;追求转换效率时优先选用低 VF 规格。
2. **平均正向额定电流 IF (AV)**
器件长期允许的连续导通电流。常规设计预留≥1.2 倍负载电流裕量;容性负载场景额外增加 20% 余量,规避过载损坏。
3. 反向漏电流 IR
肖特基漏电流显著高于普通 PN 结二极管,且随温度呈指数级上升。高温设备、低待机功耗产品,需选用低 IR 型号;同时反向耐压越高,漏电流通常越大,选型需兼顾。
4. 反向耐压 VR / 反向峰值电压 VRM
VR 为长期连续直流反向耐压,VRM 为可承受重复反向峰值电压。实际电路工作电压建议控制在器件额定 VR 的 80% 以内,预留击穿防护余量。
5. 正向浪涌电流 IFSM**
器件短时耐受瞬时大电流能力,应对上电冲击、负载突变工况,选型需保证 IFSM 大于电路最大浪涌值。
6. 封装与散热
TO-220、TO-3P 等大功率封装散热能力更强;半包封散热表现优于全包封。大功率肖特基需区分风冷 / 自然散热方案,搭配导热硅脂提升散热接触,控制温升。
二、典型应用场景
1. 高频场景:开关电源、射频电路、高速数字电路;
2. 低压整流:DC-DC 变换器、光伏逆变器、车载电源等高效转换设备;
3. 防反接 / 小电流保护:低压供电支路、风扇及小型负载防倒灌回路。
三、完整选型逻辑
1. 电参数打底:依据电路电压、电流匹配 VR、IF 额定值,预留安全余量;
2. 效率优先:电源类产品优先低 VF 型号,降低导通损耗;
3. 高温管控:高温、低待机功耗场景严控反向漏电流 IR;
4. 散热匹配:按输出功率、散热条件选择对应封装,做好散热设计;
5. 成本平衡:对开关速度、压降无严苛要求的电路,可改用普通 PN 结二极管压缩成本。
